The Hut is a FREE space that welcomes all local groups, charities or classes and is available on a first come first served basis.

Calling all local community groups, charities, colleges and schools!
The Hut is The Beacon’s dedicated space for local community groups to use to support your weekly / monthly / annual meetings, clubs, catch-ups, classes or gatherings.
If you’re finding it a challenge to get the right space for your organisation, then The Hut may be the place for you. It provides FREE space to groups, charities or enterprises complete with seating, tables, a community notice board, ample open floor space and a coastal inspired setting which will make you feel like you feel right at home. Make a booking
Simply fill in the required fields on the entry form below and submit your enquiry. We will review your enquiry, check availability and be in touch to discuss your booking with you in more detail.
To use The Hut, there are a few things that we will need from you, when you submit your enquiry – this will be detailed in the booking checklist. As part of this, you will need PLI and Risk Assessment documents. Depending on activity, further documents may be required – don’t worry if this isn’t something that you have – our team is here to help you to the best of our ability. We’ll also send you a booking licence to sign too.
