To kick start the new decade, and our new community space The Hut, The Beacon are offering a whole host of activity to focus on ‘you’.
Visit The Hut for a selection of local workshops and classes on Saturday 11th and 18th January to learn about a range of wellbeing and nutritional topics. From harmonising your wardrobe, to free salsa, yoga and pilates classes, kick start your 2020 and book onto one of the classes here.
Also launching on Saturday 11th January is The Beacon’s New Decade Resolution Wall. Write down your new decade resolutions using the tags provided and padlock these to the wall. Share these on Facebook and Instagram and tags us for the chance to win a prize.
But that’s not all, on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January, The Beacon will host a weekend of activity including live Q&A’s, demonstrations and talks from the local community on various health, lifestyle and wellbeing topics. All sessions are 45 minutes long and if you attend 3 of these activities, you will receive a free New Decade New You Journal to help you met your 2020 goals.
